Somatic Breathwork allows you to reconnect to yourself through the wisdom of the body. Becoming an explorer of the senses, the sensations and the system that brings it all together. Clarity in the mind, comes from space in the body. The breath is the bridge to get you there. Somatic Breathwork creates a safe space where you get the chance to finish out those life moments where your nervous system got stuck, and has braced ever since.

1:1 Somatic Breathwork Journey

Available in person or virtual.

Duration: 90-120 mins. Actual breathing portion is ~1 hour.

Release tension from stress and trauma, increase mental clarity, connect to your purpose, and explore mystical experiences.

"I really liked the session.

I’ve never done something like this before… I’ve practiced meditation, but not with the addition of breath work. When I meditated, I did that on my own, without guidance. But with the addition of a guide, I really liked it. 

You allow yourself to give them full control, which in turn, allows you to relax further. Normally when you close your eyes, and you’re alone, your mind starts to think a lot - your thoughts run around, spin in circles, and it’s difficult to go into a more quiet state. But here, there’s a person who sets the breathing rhythm, they tell you what you need to be doing, you hear how they’re breathing and you connect to that same rhythm of breathing and eventually the thoughts start to recede. You start to feel calm, and over time you shift into this very slow, relaxed state of consciousness and a greater feeling and reconnection to self."
